Taken By Timidity
I went to see the Taken By Trees in-store at Other Music tonight. Sweet indie twee sung by a Swede with the most precious voice, but I gotta say. Victoria Bergsman gives the Chan Marshall of yesteryear a run for her money in the awkward stage demeanor category.

woah, really? it's hard to believe someone else could be as awkward as chan used to be -- not the crying and rushing off stage, surely! i listened to some taken by trees at work today on your recommendation, very sweet!
No tears or storming off, but there was a lot of fidgeting, downcast eyes, back to the audience between stanzas, and intermittent apologies.
